If you have travelled to the UK from mainland China, Thailand, Japan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia or Macau in the last 14 days and are experiencing cough or fever or shortness of breath - stay indoors, phone us on 0141 800 0840 or, if the practice is closed, phone NHS 24 on 111 informing them of your symptoms and your recent travel.  DO NOT LEAVE HOME UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN ADVICE BY A CLINICIAN.

Special Requests

Patients sometimes need medication that is not on their regular repeat medication list.  For example, you may have a minor illness that requires treatment for a short period only.

You can order a special request in the same way as you order repeat prescriptions.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that the doctor will issue the medication requested.  In such cases, the GP or the Prescriptions Supervisor will contact you to discuss the request further.
