Feeling suicidal or mental health crisis?

Anyone can experience mental health issues, at any point in their life. You don’t have to deal with these problems alone.

NHS 24 mental health services are available to everyone in Scotland, of all ages. The services we offer include listening, offering advice, and guiding you to further help if required.

Phone 111 if you’re:

  • feeling distressed
  • in a state of despair
  • suicidal
  • in need of emotional support

Self help and self referral services

Self help for mental health: The My App: Mental Health is a collection of resources to support your mental health. There is also the online Mind to Mind resource and NHS Inform Mental Wellbeing Services 

Lifelink provide counselling and wellbeing services - no referral needed.

Digital Mental Health Therapies

A range of Digital Interventions - formerly known computerised cognitive behavioural therapy -  offer support for those experiencing mild to moderate Mental Health conditions

We have a series of both supported and un-supported Digital Therapy programmes.

Sleeping Difficulty and Insomnia

Sleepio is a six-week clinically proven programme
used to treat insomnia, available free on the NHS.

Women's Centre - Wellbeing & Support

The Women’s Centre Glasgow have dedicated over 30 years to creating a safe and empowering space for women of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. Our community hub serves as a beacon of support and wellness for all women in Glasgow.
