Men Matter offers peer to peer support, counselling and access to therapy to improve men’s mental health and stop suicide.

Andy's Man Club

ANDYSMANCLUB has free support groups nationwide, running every Monday from 7PM except bank holidays. In these groups, men can open up about the storms affecting their lives in a safe, judgement-free and non-clinical environment.

Mind the Men

Mind the Men clubs are safe places where men (18+) are able to talk about their challenges with other men in a non-clinical setting. True peer to peer support.

MindtheMen have also been able to provide our men with the following activities: walking group, football team, art tuition, golf tournament, first aid, mindfulness, yoga and CBT.

Prostate Cancer

Information and risk checked provided by Prostate Cancer UK.

It's the most common cancer in men, but the earlier you find it, the easier it is to treat.

Please take time to read the possible risks and benefits of checking for prostate cancer also. 

Men's Shed

Men’s Sheds are kitted out community spaces where men can enjoy practical hobbies.

They’re about making friends, learning and sharing skills. Many guys come just for the tea and banter – everyone’s welcome.

Springburn Park Shed open Tuesday/Wed/Thursday 10am-3pm

Sexual Problems Service

This service is provided by Sandyford Glasgow. 

Make an appointment with our GPs to discuss issues or referral.
